Privacy Policy
At Mentalgamezone S.R.L. ("Mentalgamezone", "we") we take the privacy of visitors to mentalgamezone.com very seriously. This Policy describes what personal data we collect, for what purpose, how long we keep it and the rights granted to you as data subject by Argentine Personal Data Protection Act 25,326.

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you actively provide when subscribing to the newsletter (name and email address) and browsing data generated automatically when you visit the site (IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, date and time, language, internet provider).
3. Purposes of processing
We process data to send you our editorial newsletter, respond to enquiries, prevent abuse, analyse site usage in aggregate, measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and comply with applicable Argentine legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent (Section 5 of Act 25,326), the performance of our editorial relationship with you and the legitimate interest of Mentalgamezone in maintaining the security and quality of the service.
5. Retention
Subscription data is kept while your subscription is active and up to two (2) years after you unsubscribe, unless a longer retention is legally required. Browsing data is kept for up to twenty-four (24) months.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We share strictly necessary information with email sending, hosting, analytics and advertising providers (including Google LLC) under data processing agreements. Some providers are located outside Argentina; in those cases we guarantee an adequate level of protection.
7. Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your data at any time by writing to redaccion@mentalgamezone.com with a copy of your ID document. The Access to Public Information Agency is the supervisory authority in Argentina (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: TLS encryption, access control, audit logs and editorial staff training.
9. Minors
The site is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect a sign-up from a minor, we will delete the account immediately.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect legal or operational changes to the site. The date of the last update will always be published at the top of this document.
